It is signed by Ron Kiefel, Connie Carpenter-Phinney, Davis Phinney, Sandra Schumacher. All 1984 Olympic Medalists and historic cycling competitors. There are 10 signatures in all.. Those listed are what I could decifer from my own knowledge of the cyclists at that time. Awesome piece of cycling history.
