Nice decorative cut out design

Chain drop 3"
Slightly curved
Marked STERLING on the back
There are a couple of tiny dark spots
Came from a huge bag of a friend's family sterling
Most of it dated 1850-1910 with a few pieces from the 1930s
A dealer has one of these decanter tags in the identical style
for Port
That person has it listed as Art Deco, American, 1940 (for 0!)
Being sold in its lovely and charming as is condition
