Chinese Export Sterling Silver Overlay Glass Liqour Decanter 4 Spouts

Chinese Export Sterling Silver Liquor decanter
Stands 13" tall and has 4 removeable liquor spouts and there
are 4 different glass compartments for liquor.
Silver engraved and raised with a rose,  bamboo, a dragon and a tower.
Silver is in excellent condition
Could use a good polishing and the glass is cloudy from use
but the glass is  completely intact which is rare since every one i have seen
on ebay or elsewhere has had some of the glass broken
Marked on bottom Made in HK (Hong Kong) and sterling
