Description

The Cub CB-1034Ti offers 300 dot per inch print quality. This makes it ideal for printing 2-D barcode labels. Other applications include electronic component and specimen labels which often require small high resolution barcodes.
The unit features standard Internal Ethernet and Label Peel-and-Present with internal liner take-up. The most demanding labels can be printed at speeds of up to 8 inches per second.  Compliance label requirements are rapidly changing that is why the CB-1034Ti is built with the future in mind.
The unit can be upgraded to increase the printer’s resolution from 300DPI to 600DPI without having to replace the printer.  The upgraded printhead and firmware can be self-installed in about 30 minutes.
To further enhance the ease of integration the unit includes both Zebra and Eltron emulations making it compatible with many pre-existing software applications. The printer includes a standard Ethernet, USB, parallel and RS-232 serial interfaces.  No-Pause Variable Data Printing is achieved through the printer’s 32-Bit 200MHz processor and 32MB DRAM. The die-cast Aluminum frame and metal cover allow the CB-1034Ti to be used in the harshest industrial environments.  The gear driven design of the unit insures long term durability and reduced down time when compared to belt driven units.
The CB-1034Ti is also an excellent choice for standalone printing applications- no PC required.  The printer is capable of holding 4GB of data via the standard SD card slot.  Use the included BarTender UltraLite label creation software to create your barcode label designs.  Download the formats to the printer’s memory and access them by using the printers display and any PS/2 keyboard.  The keyboard is powered by the printer and the display will show the downloaded formats allowing the user to select and print without the need of a PC.
