    This card was purchased in Paris, France by my friend, Lotje. She scours all the great cities of Europe for unusual and beautiful vintage and antique postcards.
    This postcard was shipped from The Netherlands to the USA by Lotje.
    On the front of this RARE vintage postcard is the portrait of some
    Saint Bernard dogs and a Labrador Retriever.   These were the dogs of the Hospice du Simplon in Switzerland.  On the back is no handwriting.   This postcard was made in Zürich, Switzerland c1915.  Measurements are 3.5" x 5.5" so this is a standard size postcard.  Aside from a few signs of surface wear, this postcard is still easy to see and appreciate!
