    RARE ROYAL DOULTON IVORY MCCALLUM WHISKEY CHARACTER JUG.
    The perfect piece for the Royal Doulton collector. Rare Royal Doulton The McCallum Large 7 '' character jug. Crazing throughout, as to be expected with age. No chips or cracks (there is a line on the bottom of the jug, but I believe it’s just crazing - there is no feeling to this line.
    This is a promotional jug made for D.J. McCallum Distillery of Edinburgh Scotland in 1930 they made between 1,000 and 1,500. It doesn’t appear that many have survived. The few that are found for sale on auction sites sell typically over ,000+.
