This card was purchased in Paris, France by my friend, Lotje. She scours all the great cities of Europe for unusual and beautiful vintage and antique postcards.
This postcard was shipped from The Netherlands to the USA by Lotje.
On the front of this unusual vintage postcard is an art portrait of 2 gorgeous Saint Bernards.    The pose is absolutely beautiful!
On the back is a short handwritten message in Dutch, a 1917 Dutch postmark and an address in the Netherlands.  This was an MKB postcard  that was made in Germany.
Measurements are approximately: 3.5" x 5.5" so this is a standard size postcard.  There are a few signs of wear as shown above but the postcard is still easy to see and appreciate!  It is heartwarming!
