USHERS green stripe Scotch bar back sign display shield sword liquor whiskey

This is a rare vintage Ushers bar back display sign. it measures 17 inches tall and 10 wide at the base.. Its in good condition for its age. as y9ou can see it has light edge wear from previous owner on the base. the top of the swords have cracks but still intact. they are held together by wire inside ( see last picture)
I'm listing this as used, please view the pictures because they are the best description of the piece.
